With the help of Avineon, Grand Traverse County was able to share time enabled aerial imagery that allowed us to load our imagery dating back to 1996. City of Detroit GIS-Enabled Tax Foreclosure Prevention Program The City of Detroit Tax Foreclosure Prevention Program conducts annual door-to-door outreach to residential properties to help Detroit homeowners avoid tax foreclosure and remain in their homes. The program targets properties with delinquent property taxes that are 3+ years overdue. Hidden Waters: How Historic Wetland Loss Drives Contemporary Flood Risk in Michigan Michigan's Clinton Watershed (HUC 04090003) lost 85%+ of native wetlands. Using GIS, we analyze urban-rural flood risk by correlating First Street Foundation data with the State's Circa 1800 Land Cover dataset and LiDAR. We test if building on buried 'ghost wetlands' drives modern flood risk.
